Mid afternoon rolled around and the heat was getting unbearable. Bonejangles was already up and was grooming Hope like a good mate, while Wonder was stubborn and still trying to sleep. Toni was texting Abe being a pain mostly to him.
Toni: [text] So, how was it seeing Wonder wild?
Miracle: [was fanning himself trying to catch up on some reading abt the curse n the temple they were heading to]
Hope: [giggled as he allowed himself to be groomed, sitting nxt to Miracle n joined him in his reading]
Abe: [text] Seriously, Toni! Lay off! [tho in real life he was kinda blushing]
Toni: [text] You know if you communicate to your girlfriend about these desires you would be this high strung~ You know she think your sweet spots are tickle spots right.
Wonder: (groaning and sweating, but determined to stay asleep. She was having a nice dream about her becoming a pocket monster master and her and Abe kissing a lot)
Bonejangles: (was picking out dirt and bugs from Hope's fur and eating the bugs)
Miracle: [looking at the dirt n bugs Bonejangles picked out of Hope n cringed, wondering where he got that in the first plc]
Hope: [noticed] Must've got it while we were trekking. No wonder I felt a little itchy. I prolly need a real bath after this. Ugh, u actually eat those, Boney?
Abe: [text] U knw as well as I do that she had only recently figured her life out after clearing things up with Amanda. She's barely holding it together, I can't just jump right into it, we're supposed to take it slow!
Toni: [text] I don't mean jump her furry bones right away Fish Face. I meant actually talking about it. Like how you been sexually stressed. Or what can you two do about it together. You don't have to have sex. She can jerk you off or something IDW!
Wonder: (smiling dreamily) Abe...Zzz
Toni: (look at her with concern) [text] You going to hurt her more by not telling her?
Bonejangles: (thinks Hope is hungry and offers his half eaten bug to him)

Miracle: [snorted]
Abe: [a pause before text] No, bt I'm scared of hurting her more if I DO tell her. I dunno... [heard Loathing calling for him] I gtg. Time to do our end of the quest. Ttyl
Toni: Oooooo, the idiot going to be the death of me.
