[There was still plenty of time before the wedding, n the skeletor brushed up as much as he could on sewing skills, n soon was working thru most of the nights perfecting his sewing n making the outfit. He took to taking his sewing in the mother ship so tht he wouldnt ruin the surprise]
Janet: [was awaken one night to the sound of the sewing machine, then sticks out her flower form thru the slightly open window of the mother ship, slinking abt n followed the sound until it led her to Hater's room. She squeezed thru the gap underneath the door n saw Hater hard at work on the sewing machine, textiles n the stuff for the sewing kit everywhere]
Hater: So far, so good... (deeply focused on his project)
Janet: [slides closer to him, looking at him so concentrated on his sewing] ....Hater? Wat r u doing?
Hater: O_O Gah! (jumps, almost messing up what he was doing)
Janet: Geez, sorry. Didn't mean to scare u there. Wat r u doing? U seemed so engrossed in it
Hater: ^^;; Oh hey, Janet. Well, Wander wanted this tux/dress but it looked pricey so... (shows her what he was working on)
Janet: [looked at the outfit in the catalogue, then at Hater's handiwork bk n forth in comparison] Wow... I gotta admit... It actually is almost spot on. Maybe abt 85% similar, bt still pretty identical all the same
Hater: Think so?
Janet: Well at least its not a total nightmare. How much exactly is the original outfit anyways? [looks at the catalogue]
Hater: Pretty much a lot of money.
Janet: [reads the price] Huh... 3,500 credits... Is tht a lot? [doesn't exactly grasp the concept of money value]
Hater: Yeah, it's really expensive. But I am doing this for Wander.
Janet: Wow, u sure r in love with him, aren't u?
Hater: Yeah... (flushing a bit)
Janet: [settles nxt to him] Can I help u or anything?
Hater: Well...I've thought maybe I shouldn't make a complete copy of the suit... anything you'd like to add to it, perhaps?
Janet: Hmmm... How abt adding some flowers to it for design? I can grow some real flowers on the hems or side of the suit, n also the train n in the veil
Hater: (nod) Sounds good.
[Soon Janet n Hater worked thru the night together, perfecting the suit]
Hater: (adding a few more stitches)
Janet: [scattered some seeds into the stitchings n willed them to grow, some of them in tiny buds n some of them in full bloom]
Hater: :) Looks good.
Janet: Some of my best works, if I say so myself
Hater: (nod) Wander's gonna love this.
Janet: No doubt abt tht ^_^
Hater: (holds up the suit/dress) :) It's perfect.
Janet: I suppose we make a good team, once in a while [raised a leaf hand, as if wanting to high-five him]
Hater: :) Yeah, we kinda do. (high fives her leaf hand)
Janet: Bt not as often as I'd like. I'm still mad at u [flicked Hater's forehead] Well, goodnight. I'll ask Maury to keep the night a bit longer so u can get some sleep [slinks away]
Hater: (yawn) Thanks... (leaves suit/dress on desk and goes to get some much needed rest)
