Awesome: [stirred a little frm the sun peeking thru the curtains, then slowly got up n stretched himself] (yawn) [sees Sylvia still asleep n smiled, leaning dwn to kiss her forehead before reaching for his communicator to call Knucklehead, his second in command]
Knucklehead: (answered) Yes, Emperor Awesome, sir?
Awesome: Do a head count of all the Fistfighters, n get them prepped. We're putting partying on hold to help out our old frenemy Lord Hater fight a war
Knucklehead: Will do, sir.
Awesome: I'll send u the coordinates to Lord Hater's ship, I'll meet u there. Make sure all Fistfighters r present n accounted for. We need all the manpower we can get
Knucklehead: (nod) Yes, Emperor Awesome, sir.
Awesome: Good, cya there [hung up, sent Knucklehead the coordinates n nuzzled Sylvia] Wake up, sleepyhead
Sylvia: Mmm...mm...save some waffles for me... (tired) ... (yawn)
Awesome: [chuckled] I can order room service if u reli want those waffles (giggle)
Sylvia: (flushed) Oh, morning, you.
Awesome: Heh, actually it's... [looked at the time] 2 in the afternoon. We've slept thru the day
Sylvia: oh...wow...how much did we do? :$
Awesome: I think we pretty much did all night long. The booze we had at the club prolly had helped along a little :$
Sylvia: Heh, yeah. (giggle)
Awesome: Anyways I just gave my SiC a call. He's doing a head count of our troops as we speak n will meet up with us at Bonehead's ship wen he's ready
Sylvia: :) Cool.
Awesome: Guess we're doing this war then. U kinda owe me big time [chuckled]
Sylvia: (smirk) Right~
Awesome: So, want tht room service?
Sylvia: :P Yup, let's eat.
Awesome: [chuckled n nuzzled her again before handing her the menu while he dialed for room service]
Sylvia: (looked through to see what she was in the mood for)
Awesome: [looked thru the menu with her n made his order, which is a pretty heavy meal since he's famished frm their "vigorous exercise"]
Sylvia: (makes her order as well)
Awesome: While we wait for room service to arrive, shall we maybe get cleaned up?
Sylvia: You want to shower first?
Awesome: I'm good, u go ahead while I keep an eye out on room service
Sylvia: (nod) Okay. (gave him a peck on the nose and headed into the bathroom)
Awesome: [scrolled thru his tablet to read the news headlines while waiting]
[15 mins later, there was a knock on the door]
??: Room service!
Awesome: [answered the door to let the person in]
Server: :) Your meals, good sir.
Awesome: Thank u, my good man [tipped him generously]
Server: (nod) (leaves)
(minutes later)
Sylvia: (emerged from the bathroom)
Awesome: Hey, Bee. Just in time, room service is here [took off the lids to reveal an amazing spread]
Sylvia: :) Looks tasty.
Awesome: Well, let's see if it tastes as good as it looks. U go ahead, my turn to clean up
Sylvia: (nod) (sits down to eat her meal)
Awesome: [went to the bathroom to get washed up]
Sylvia: (watched him go in) ... :$ Charmer.
[15 mins later, Awesome came out in all his naked glory, with only a towel ard his lower body, his wet body glistening in the light]
Sylvia: (flushed again at the sight) ...All clean?
Awesome: Yup, all nice n squeaky clean. I hope my food is still nice n warm
Sylvia: (nod) it should still be good.
Awesome: [sat nxt to her n tasted his order] Yup, still good. Wanna try some of mine? [held up his spoonful of food to her]
Sylvia: :$ Heh. (takes the spoonful) ... :) Mm, not bad.
Awesome: Can I try some of urs? ;p
Sylvia: (giggle) (gives him a spoonful as well)
Awesome: [ate frm it, savouring the taste] Mmm~ Nice, bt there's something missing
Sylvia: ? What?
Awesome: [grinned cheekily then leans in to kiss Sylvia on the lips deeply, then pulls away, licking his lips] Mmm~ Now its perfect :p
Sylvia: o///o ... (shook it off) Seriously? (smirk)
Awesome: Wat? Nothing wrong with enjoying a nice meal with my soulmate [grinned]
Sylvia: (chuckle) Possible soulmate.
Awesome: Right, tht. Well as much as I would like to enjoy our time even longer, I think it's best we eat up n go bk to Bonehead. Doubt he could wait for us forever with a war going on in his home planet
Sylvia: (nod) And hopefully, Wander's doing okay, too... :(
Awesome: Why? Wats up with him? [ate his food]
Sylvia: Hater...ended up telling him about his cancer, and now it's like he's trying to avoid Hater altogether...
Awesome: Oh my... Seems like a reaction of someone who has a thing for him...
Sylvia: Well, Wander did lose most of his family to a desease...so this must feel like that for him all over again...
Awesome: Yikes, talk abt a bummer's luck. How did that happen to his family?
Sylvia: (explains the whole story) :(
Awesome: Oi vey... That reli is some shitty luck. So how long does Bonehead hv?
Sylvia: He's at second stage right now, but we dunno how long it'll be till he reaches third...and then fourth will be his last...
Awesome: :( Now I feel kinda bad for all the petty fights we had trying to out match each other with conquering...
Sylvia: Yeah, and he wants to be a better person before leaving us...
Awesome: Hmm, guess I couldn't blame him for wanting the ship so badly. Tbh wen he spit out that black goo wen we were fighting over the ship, I was still skeptical. I thought it was just some gimmick he was doing...
Sylvia: Mhm... But now you understand his case?
Awesome: Yeah, I get it now. Maybe wen this war is ovr, I should take him on a party cruise or something, let him enjoy what's left of his time
Sylvia: :) That'd be nice.
Awesome: C'mon, Bee, let's eat up. We've got a war to win ;)
